You ("you", the "user") provide screenshots and information, and we generate a page hosted at a link you can share. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. The service is for adults arranging adult social plans. You may not use it to create content about, or targeting, anyone under 18. If we have reason to believe a page concerns a minor, we will remove it immediately and may suspend your account.
The pages you create describe real people who have not signed up for our service. This comes with responsibilities that you accept:
Violating this section is the fastest way to lose your account, and may expose you to legal liability that is yours alone, not ours.
You are solely responsible for the screenshots, photos, notes, and edits you submit. You confirm you have the right to use any image you upload of yourself. We screen uploads and generated text automatically and may refuse, edit, or remove anything at our discretion — especially anything sexual, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or involving a possible minor. We are not obligated to host any particular page.
You log in by email link. Keep your email secure — anyone with access to it can access your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account; don't share, resell, or automate access.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, who acts as merchant of record and handles billing and applicable taxes. Plans include a set number of page generations ("credits") per billing period. Plan credits do not roll over; separately purchased credit packs do not expire. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current period. Prices may change with notice for future periods.
Generated pages automatically expire 60 days after creation. You can renew a page for free while your account is active. We may remove a page earlier for a policy violation, a serious removal request, or account closure.
Don't: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; send our links as spam or through automated/bulk tools against dating platforms in violation of their rules; probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or use it to cause anyone distress. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, without refund.
The service is provided "as is." we don't promise it will get you dates, replies, or any particular result, or that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or anyone's rights — including claims brought by a person you made a page about.
